Credit card details are required to guarantee reservations.
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty equivalent to 100% of stay.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and a 18% VAT if applicable. Law Decree exempts all non resident guests from the 18% sales tax on their room. In order to honor this exemption a valid passport along with the Peruvian immigration card must be presented upon check-in and the hotel invoice must be made out to the guest name and not a company name.
