Rafael Larco Herrera Archaeological Museum

National Archaeology and Anthropology Museum
Focusing on Peruvian civilization in pre-historic times, the National Archaeology and Anthropology Museum is considered the most significant and complete museum of its kind in Peru. Collections contain numerous pieces of ceramic, stone, metal, organic material and an impressive textile collection.

Main Square
Located in Downtown Lima, the Main Square is also known as the “Plaza de Armas” or “Plaza Mayor”. With its Spanish architecture and beautiful colonial wooden balconies the Main Square has been the city’s administrative and political center since the city was founded. The Government Palace, City Hall, Cathedral and the Archiepiscopal Palace are all located here.

Pedro de Osma Colonial Art Museum
A fine collection of colonial paintings, silver and sculpture, is located in Barranco, the bohemian district of Lima. You can find at the hotel 300 pieces of art from of this Museum.

Gold Museum
This impressive private collection, property of the Mujica Gallo family, contains numerous pre-Hispanics pieces and jewels, tumis, crowns and ornaments. A spectacular collection of ancient arms is also on display. Located in Monterrico district.

Pachacamac
Located 31 km. South of Lima, in the Lurin Valley, Pachacamac is the most important pre-Hispanic sanctuary of the Peruvian central coast. It contains the remains of palaces, streets, squares and temples built entirely out of adobe. There is also an interesting site museum housing the idol of the God, Pachacamac.

The Magical Circuit of Water
This must-see, massive and beautiful complex is located in the Parque de la Reserva and home to 13 beautiful water fountains spouting colorful light displays.
